Description

The Demo is a general-purpose campaign used for SMS demos as requested by clients. Clients that have expressed interest in configuring an SMS integration with QuestMark to send account notifications to customers may reach out and request a demo of this process. This campaign will demonstrate how the opt-in and opt-out process would work, how the messages will appear, and how customer responses may be handled. It will also highlight any metrics the client may want reported, such as the delay between sending the data via various means and the message delivery, delivery/failure rates, etc.

User Consent

Clients who wish to subscribe to the Demo should call, email, or send a Teams message to QuestMark. By opting into the Demo, users agree to receive sample messages initiated by the respective client who requested the Demo.

Users may unsubscribe from the Demo at any time by texting “STOP”, at which time one final message will be sent confirming the successful opt-out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the scope of the Demo as requested by the client.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by QuestMark Information Management.

You agree to notify QuestMark Information Management immediately of any unauthorized use of your Demo or any other security breach. QuestMark Information Management will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your personal information adequately. By using the Demo, you acknowledge and accept that no data transmission over the Internet or mobile networks can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, you use the Demo at your own risk.
