SMS Demo Campaigns
QuestMark provides a general-purpose SMS demo campaign for clients interested in configuring SMS integrations. This demo showcases the opt-in and opt-out processes, message appearance, and handling of customer responses. It also highlights metrics such as message delivery times, delivery/failure rates, and other relevant data. Please see the SMS Demo Campaign Terms of Service for more information.
Upon initiating the SMS demo campaign, QuestMark will receive the SMS numbers of users who should receive messages as part of the demo. Once the demo is set up and the numbers whitelisted, users can text JOIN to (855) 978-3785 to receive demo SMS messages from QuestMark. Non-whitelisted numbers associated with an active demo will not be opted-in. Message and data rates may apply. Users can text HELP to receive help or STOP to opt-out of the demo (opt-out will be automatic upon the conclusion of the demo).
As part of the SMS demo campaign, QuestMark collects contact information, log data, and message content for analysis and security purposes. Personal information is used in accordance with the SMS Demo Campaign Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third-parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
