StatifyKPI™ is QuestMark’s web based tracking system and information repository that is used for managing all types of outbound and in some cases inbound communications.

• This service will provide key personnel the delivery status of documents within the USPS.
• Provides information on the document type, number, enclosure information and file of origin.
• Provides change of address information.
• Shows an image of the envelope and the address the document was mailed to.
• Provides the date that the document was given to the USPS.
• Reports the status of delivery by the USPS.
